Refunds & Withdrawal Policy
Your registration includes a $60 Music Together Service Fee, which cannot be refunded once the semester materials (CD and songbook) are opened. If you must withdraw, you may return them before the third class of the semester in unopened, unused condition (still wrapped) to be included in your pro-rated refund. This program is all about having fun making music with your child and modelling musical behaviour. Caregiver participation – singing, moving, playing instruments – is mandatory. Listen to the music often at home so you both get familiar with the songs. Please resist the temptation to talk to other grown-ups during class as it disrupts the music and is distracting for your child. Feel free to come early for socializing or visit after class.
Please wash you and your child’s hands before class and after sneezing, snacks, etc. This helps keep the instruments clean and reduces the spread of germs.
Running & Disruptions
For safety, there is no running allowed in class. If your child is running, please redirect their energy into musical play, such as skipping, dancing, etc. If your child is crying loudly or being otherwise disruptive, feel free to take them out of the room for a short break (do come back when they’re ready!).
Food & Toys
No food (other than nursing) is allowed in the circle or on the mats. Feel free to come and go from the circle as needed for snacks, drinks, bathroom, etc. Please do not bring toys into the circle, as they can be distracting for the other children and may create a tripping hazard.
You can invite others to come try a free class any time, and notify Heidi. Additional grown-ups in your family are always welcome. If older children are out of school due to a Pro-D day, they may attend by donation.
Late Registration, Missed Classes & Make-Ups
You may schedule up to 3 make-ups in the same semester. Late registration is only accepted until the 3rd class in the semester. The full schedule of classes and locations is on the website below. Contact Heidi for make-ups.
